Great place for kids on a rainy day. The ticket rewards makes you feel pretty good walking out like you won something grand lol after spending a whole lot more. Great fun. The time play tickets collected is maxed at 300 so would just buy credit next time

Games are fun, but can get expensive quickly to win prizes. Staff don't seem to interested in their jobs. 2 working, but still large stretches of time with no staff on the floor

Saturday morning 8th April 2023We are not really gamers, but we had a blast on the exciting, fun games on offer at Time zone Hamilton. The time zone worker on duty was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The VR Rabbits game was 'Fall Out of Our Chairs' scary and awesome all at the same time. Thank you Time Zone Hamilton. We'll be back.

We always visit this place during our stay in Hamilton. Staff are very helpful in sorting out any issues with the machines. Absolutely recommended.

I go there quite often and it's a great way to spend time. Most games are skill games so you always have a good chance of getting high payouts of tickets and such a good range of prizes to choose from. The staff are always super friendly and are super helpful if a game does play up. Will keep going for ages to come. 10/10

Good friendly staff, recently renovated during recent lockndown. Central location and staff are patient and helpful. Free 2 hours on street parking in CBD, so no worries; also nearby on street parking and all within walking distance. Can get crowded during busy time as the site is not very big. Good place for great family time and games. Highly recomendeded. Watch out for specials when topping up your card. Sometimes they offer doubling your dollar values. Eg: pay $50 but get $100 loaded onto the card. The game card can be used at other ztime Zone sites such as Auckland etc. Highly recomended to others for a visit.

Great place to let the kids loose and have some fun.. I only gave 4 stars because inside the claw machines they have really cool big soft toys that you can win, but they squeeze them in so tightly together that it's literally impossible to grab or win anything. Come on timezone, let the kids win some teddys. The photo booth is cool though!The VR ride is my fav, but the head straps need replaced badly.

Friendly staff, stopped in tonight and Brooke and Diya was on the counter so service has always been fast and always up for a yarn when we take breaks from the games. Maybe less sweet prize and try bags of chips or cookies and other things eatable but not candy, just an idea

Took my 4yr old here for the first time and he had an absolute ball. Great staff, very approachable and happy to talk. But wish this place was bigger and had more of a selection of games. Would happily take my son here again.
