This company suffers from terrible administration. They were advised that no flowers had been delivered for a significant milestone birthday. Instead of amending the issue immediately and with an apology. They had to be convinced with multiple correspondence through Interflora to finally deliver the nearly $150 bouquet, drop it late, and with no additional recompense given the hassle to convince them and shortcoming of services paid for.

When others failed they delivered".We were quite desperate to get flowers to raise spirits of sick daughter-in-law we tried several florists - many didn't even answer the phone. Then we found Wellington-Florist- Plimmerton. Within a very short time (on a Saturday) we had a really appreciative message from a very happy recipient
