OPSM The Palms

Absolutely fabulous service from OPSM the Palms today. Kendall was fantastic, talking me through everything she was doing and why, and explaining the different aspects of vision and prescriptions- something I've never had before. She made me feel incredibly at ease in regards to an issue that was being monitored over previous visits. After care and purchasing of new/upgraded lenses was also fantastic- Maia (I think her name was) was super helpful. Overall 10/10 service from the whole team.

Maia did an outstanding job of helping me pick out frames. I’ve never worn glasses before but she was patient, resourceful, and had the right mix of fun and respectfulness. An absolute asset to the store - pleasant, courteous and positive without being pushy.

I can not fault a single thing in the service I received here.Tupac was kind and professional throughout my eye exam and clearly explained each step.Maia was so attentive and Bubbly while assisting me with choosing and fitting my new glasses. When I came back in a couple of days later for a slight tweak on the fit, she greeted me so warmly.I honestly haven’t experienced such amazing customer service in a long time. You have definitely earned a loyal customer.

Both front of house staff and the optometrist are very professional, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond with customer service. Highly recommend you go visit this team when looking for your next pair and / or eye test

Professional excellent service from OPSM The Palms. I had an eye test with the optometrist, Tupac and this was extremely thorough leaving me very well informed.The sales staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond in customer service. They have a real passion for their profession and it shows by their positive attitudes and energy.Both my mother & I had our eye tests done here and we will be both purchasing new frames and having our lenses fitted here.The prices were very competitive and they have a great selection of frames to chose from.I’m sold on this store. It was an exceptional experience throughout and highly recommended.
