Alsco NZ Christchurch
Over the last 6 months I have had nothing but problems with Alsco. Communication is pretty much non-existent, and when they do actually respond, they say they will action my requests and never do. They have charged us for things we don't have, or services we have cancelled and now that I have gotten completely fed up and cancelled services all together they have sent me another bill saying I had to give 30 days notice. I have repeatedly asked for a copy of the contract that states this over the past few weeks, well before I even got the last invoice. They have still not provided me with it. I have spent days wasting my time chasing them up and repeatedly asking for things that should be simple. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!
