I visited the service department today. The place is clean, tidy and have plenty of seating available while you wait.Unfortunately the one most important thing that matters most is missing....... service with a 'smile'. The place felt cold without the warm smiles. A lot of money was spent to make the place look nice but without smiles, they amount to nothing.

Worst Place to deal. Customer service representative was acting rude over the phone. Couldn’t get me refund back for cancellation and its over 6 months now.

Fast and efficient. Lovely coffee.

Had to get a trailer wiring installed, pre booked and everything went great. I grabbed a coffee and waited for the wiring loom to be fitted. Very friendly and easy to deal with

From the first day when we bought our Ford Ranger Wildtrack are so happy with service being providedMr. David Kennedy salesman helped us to make the decision on purchase he kept his promise and over delivered. He was very professional from the very beginning.Recently my Ranger had a problem and their workshop manager Mr. Kerry was same very humble and helpful through out the whole repair process.Hats off to the team South Auckland MotorsBefore I approach David that my Ranger have a problem I liaised with John Andrew Ford in Henderson and to my surprise I was told to take to South Auckland Motors because I have purchase from them.My Ranger is still under warranty since I live in west Auckland it was more convenience. Glad I took it to South Auckland MotorsA very happy customer I will back again

Literally the most frustrating and unorganised team ever when it comes to buying parts. They wouldn’t let me pay in store but when I walked in saw others were able to. The team said they’d call me the day after my purchase but never did and I had to call them myself but even with all my details couldn’t find my order and I was stuck going back and forth on the phone for close to three hours. I am understanding that this may have been a rare case but i’m sure the service I received when going in store wasn’t since they all seemed rather comfortable with themselves. When I went in no one came up to me and I had to wait quite a while even though staff walked past multiple times and didn’t ask if I needed help.I’ll take a new car as compensation for this questionable service.
