When lockdown arrived I realised belatedly I had no camera to join up on Zoom. A quick check with friends got a recommendation for Waiheke Techs. Briin replied within an hour or so on Wednesday with a suggestion, price was good, we added a new mouse & I had the package onThursday by lunchtime. Great Servic!

Quick, thorough, not overpriced and an overall excellent service. Waiheke Techs offer the best service I've ever had as IT support. I run my own business and rely on my computer to out perform me, which Briin's helps me to fix any issues, but also how to manage my computer better ongoing. Briin has always been helpful, thinks outside the box, and is a great guy. I can only recommend him and it's not something I do lightly.

Briin is a wealth of knowledge and graciously prioritised my job when I desperately needed my computer to work during the frantic Christmas rush last year. Within one hour he had diagnosed the problem with my iMac and whilst a new computer was required (it was old), he set me up with a temporary arrangement so that I could complete my work during this period. Briin will be providing me with a new computer this year that will have the memory and functions (graphics, storage, operating systems and backup) to help make my job easier.
