David did a great job of putting together a very comprehensive building report, and went out of his way to complete it on a weekend after having some delays during the week outside of his control. The cost of the service is quite reasonable compared to competitors but the reports produced are timely, well presented, and comprehensive.

Dave carried out a pre-purchase inspection on our own home and was highly professional so we didnt hesitate to book him for a inspection on a property we were planning to purchase. Great comprehensive pre-purchase report that was completed very promptly. Even went above and beyond by fixing a minor shower leak for the vendor. Would highly recommend.
