I jumped on the internet as soon as I could to write a review on Advance. What can I say? I have used Advance twice now and they are absolutely brilliant. In fact they are even better than that! Response time and quality of work are off the planet. I can't wait for my next plumbing emergency. I have Advance on speed dial!

The admin was unhelpful and didn't follow up on a quote I'd requested a week before. When asked when the quote was going to be done they said in the next couple of weeks.

These guys are our now go to plumbers. Every panicked phone call is dealt with promptly. Had renovated the laundry and they were great with my silly questions and got it all done with ease. They took out the hot water cylinder and connected gas. And also changed sink around and washing machine A+

Fixed hot water cylinder that stopped working.Came to the job quickly, same day as I rang, fixed cylinder quickly, charged a very favourable price to do the job. A great company to use.

Used Advanced Plumbing for rental repair and found them really easy to deal with and gave great service and advise so when it was time to remodel the kitchen and laundry we had no qualms about using them again. Their work is always of high quality and they use their time extremely efficiently saving you time and money. Prices are competitive. We are very happy with their professional service.

I wasn't made aware at the time of booking that there would be a callout fee and a site establishment fee to quote on a job, especially given there was no quote done as I was advised the job was outside their scope of work. The invoice was subsequently voided but the situation could have been avoided if this was advised in advance.

Disappointing. Had to wait in for 3 days for a simple job as the problem was not corrected on the first visit. On the second day plumber didn't turn up at all. The price for parts was significantly higher than we were led to believe despite asking for clarity on this before fitting. Won't use again.

These guys are everything you want in a plumber: fast, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. They’ll find the best solution for you at a very fair price. I’ve had Warren to my place a couple of times for different drainage issues, and he’s been great. Highly recommended :)
