They have some good specials/bundle deals for families. The one with deserts inc is good.Burgers are sort of like Burger King burgers.& Drive thru easy to drive around wide enough spaceOur kids love the criss cut fries

Purchased the Steak Philly which wasnt that tasty, both patties in the burger were cold & the fries were tasteless, dry & cold! Now I understand why I never dine at any Carls Jr restaurant. The service however was amazing, plenty of seating, wasnt too busy.

I ruined the cashiers day by walking in to order my meal. No greeting, didn't ask if I wanted any extras, got upset when I requested a drink flavour. Didn't ruin my day, but I won't be going back.

There is definitely a problem lately. The food is gross, cold, and smashed. Not even the same burgers I ordered. I couldn't tell the difference between the smashed cheeseburger and the smashed cali classic, and the cali classic was not even a cali classic. Not sure what they were trying to make. Fries were cold and stale and def old. Don't order from there right now. I ordered thru Uber Eats and they denied my refund request.EDIT: Three months later now, I've ordered the chilli cheese fries several times. During the day, they are good. At times, they're pretty great. But at night, just don't order them. I keep trying to see if they've improved, but it just keeps getting worse and worse. The fries are overcooked and dark brown, but also soggy and slimy. I dunno how that even happens. Tonight they were cold on top of being brown, soggy, and slimy. And the texture was so bad, it was like they added spit or something. Maybe they did. But I got so grossed out I just couldn't eat it and I am cringing so hard right now.I also order food for my kids and I do not feel comfortable giving them anything from Carls Jr Mangere at this point in time.What is going on over there at night, MGMT??

got the wrong order, over paid too, rung up about it, told me to come back with burgers even tho I don't live close. she really didn't care about it swore at me n hung up. not impressed at all

Dirty yuk toilets, no toilet paper in one, poo on the seat in another, pee on the floor and seat in the last one, great food, not cool I couldn't bring myself to use the yuk toilets

The place was busy at 8:30 pm. Ordering was a bit slow because of volume, but the food came out fast. Delicious. Glad they are open late!!

First time here near empty store but waited for meal between 10 to 20 minutes chips cold Andy daughter ordered western burger combo and got bacon bits instead of bacon. First and last time disappointed
