11.03.23Went in this morning to get my license renewed. The wait time was about 40mins. Around 8-10 people in front of me but staff were doing a great job trying to keep it moving quickly. I would try to arrive before they open to miss the queue.Staff are lovely though! Highly recommend :)

Used their Vehicle Inspection services for WOF for my Honda. I was quite happy that they were able to do this within an hour and a bit which judging by how busy they were was quite reasonable. Very reasonable and friendly staff. There was an issue which my mechanic fixed and the recheck process took barely 15 minutes. They also give a discounted rate for gold card holders.

I thought the staff worked very well under pressure. One Indian lady was extremely proffesional and gave excellent customer service

This was surprising and frustrating, especially since there was a sign indicating that they process IDP applications. It is perplexing that they would have the necessary equipment but not utilize it to assist customers with their requests.Additionally, the customer service provided by the Indian lady at the counter was extremely rude. Her behavior towards me and my companions was disrespectful and left us feeling unwelcome. As customers, we expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with staff members, and unfortunately, this was lacking during our visit.Furthermore, a notable concern was the lack of clear signage regarding the processing limitations of IDP permits. If AA Carr Road is unable to process certain permits, it is crucial that they display clear and visible signs to inform customers in advance. This would have saved us time and frustration, as we arrived with the expectation that our IDP application would be processed.Overall, my experience at AA Carr Road was far from satisfactory. The refusal to take a photo despite having a camera, the rude behavior exhibited by the Indian lady, and the absence of clear signage were significant drawbacks. As a customer, I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly to enhance the overall service quality and customer experience.I sincerely hope that AA Carr Road takes this feedback into consideration and implements improvements to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

I had a issue with AA battery road service for straight 3 days..Poor customer service and unsatisfactory decision from the team. And I went to AA Mt.Roskill and met Garry. His customer service and knowledge on the policy was spot on. Helped me really quick and recommended few bits here and there and provided proper solution. Happy, satisfactory and highly recommended. Do meet this guy when you visit there.

We came for ID verification for IRD on Wednesday, were in the queue for almost 3hrs and got they said they preferably like to see birth certificate too. They informed us we could come back on Saturday and they close at 3pm.We got here at 12pm on Saturday, and got told by them that because one staff left for the day, they will be closing at 1pm instead, and won't finish the current five customers, therefore suggest we leave and go to New Lynn. We thought this was shocking.

I have been coming here for 15 years or so for WOF. The staff have generally been really good, friendly, cheerful and I have been happy with the experience. I come here a lot, I have four cars and a trailer. However recently my frustration levels with the extremely slow service have reached a point where I’m seeking alternative providers. The throughput of cars is unbelievably slow. Perhaps a lack of staff is an issue however the pace of activity in the lanes with the staff that are here is is laughable. Are staff having a quiet protest or something? If you manage to increase productivity and throughput I suggest more customers may use your services. Regards.

Went for a vehicle inspection here last week. Staff are unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. Receptionist needs to work on her customer service.The technician was a little better but wasn't communicative and didn't raise issues we were already aware of and put some odd things on the report, I have since taken my vehicle to another garage who don't understand what the technician was talking about and discredited a number of the issues raised! Be careful bringing your vehicle here.

The service was poor, outrageously bad. There was a Chinese woman in it, very disrespectful.She is Chinese herself but has a bad attitude towards Chinese people. It's unbelievable that such an arrogant person can still be a manager. And the speed and efficiency of processing files are very poor, and when a bunch of files are neatly processed by Staff, they will process them in a mess and return them to you.
