Had some mouldy jackets and suit pants in storage that they cleaned up real good

Has not been open twice now that I have been door hours inaccurate .do not answer phones ,ridiculous level of service

Pretty poor job. Took my wedding dress to be cleaned for me to bring it home and have to remove the stains myself. There was damage to the dress from the hook and eye that was attached to the dress and was no longer there, had left a hole instead. Not impressed.

I unfortunately received really bad service here. I dropped my wedding dress off in March and by June I hadn’t heard anything so I proceeded to follow it up. I went into the store a few times to a ‘be back in 5’ sign. I rang but it went to voicemail about six times over the course of a few weeks. I also emailed along with a second follow up email and received no response until 1st August. I was told that my ‘gown has been processed, however it failed it's final inspection at quality control and is currently been re-processed’. This took another few weeks and at this point, I had relocated to Wanaka. After multiple emails back and forth, I advised that I was coming to Wellington so would come pick it up. I went into the store and the staff member couldn’t find my dress - It was moved to the Tory St store. When I went to the Tory St store to pick it up, the excuse of not getting back to me was due to the ‘covid lockdown this year’ however there have been no covid lockdowns. I won’t be visiting this dry cleaner again. I understand if you’re busy however it took months for me to receive a response, absolutely poor communication.
