Second time getting a haircut at this place. My first haircut, I had a guy and he gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. However, this time the lady who was cutting my hair was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. There was no acknowledgement after paying. She ignored me and continued to go on her phone. She has put me off coming back to this barber.

After having my haircut I ordered dinner in the adjacent food court as my hair dried out it became obvious that a piece was missed and I had to go back and get it quickly recut again in between customers

Sorry but my partner just came home to tell me his basic cut was $70! Excuse me??? That is not affordable. He normally goes to high end barbers who charge $50-55 max! They haven’t even done a very good job.. will not come back. “From $35”??

I had kept my long hair for years until finally decided to chop. Told the stylist to make it not too short but with volume. The outcome was beyond expectation how Ethel from The Hub Hornby transformed my look . I really loved my new hairstyle! My partner loved his new cut too! Definitely coming back to iRazor for our go to make over.

Highly disappointed! I was a regular customer holding loyalty card until today! After today experience I’m not coming there anymore! So does it mean when I’m not from Philippines I have to pay per my haircut about 5dollars more?! Interesting - my haircut took 5min and I paid 40$! Even when I have customer card, person before me served by same hairdresser was sitting there ages and paid 35$ - sorry I don’t have same skin color! I’m foreigner too, but this situation is ridiculous.

Today I had my 4th haircut at IRazor, 3 times I have left being unsatisfied with my haircut, The only time I was happy with the final haircut it was with a man I had previously complained about for giving me the worst haircut I have ever had! I wouldn’t recommend this business to ANYONE! For $30 you could give yourself a better haircut at home with garden shears and 2 fingers on each hand, i would be surprised if anyone here was trained, Doesn’t matter who you get 4/4 people I had were all incompetent.
