Disappointed with the level of knowledge a staff in particular here has! Didn't seem like he wanted to help me at all, despite me asking relevant questions re the product I had purchased. Kept putting me onto other staff members, which was very Un-professional. Would like to have a chat with the owner of the store re this!!!!

Good people , good service.@Specsavers I have something to say about Lens Cleaning Cloth. Why do you have to waste one side of the cloth by just writing some useless information which the customer already knows. I fear if i used that side of the cloth, its going to cause scratches on the lens. I reckon a little tiny logo 'Specsavers' at the bottom on one side should be fine, so let us enjoy both sides of the cloth. Cheers,

The team at New Lynn provide excellent customer service. The staff are always very helpful and professional when conducting the eye tests, assisting us with selecting new frames and packaging up the deals with everything we need and that fits within our budget.Highly recommend you visit them!!

The screw from my specs had fallen out so I went to OPSM from where i had purchased it this afternoon to get it fixed. I was told the person who fixes it was sick and i need to come another day which was going to be inconvenient Passing by Spec Savers i walked in and explained the problem to the young man ,Joshua , at the desk even telling him i had not purchased it from them. He wad extremely helpful and courteous and fixed it for me within a few minutes. I am extremely grateful for his assistance as I am unable to manage without my specs Thank you for your helpful attitude

Not the best customer service at New Lynn Branch. Went to get some Progressive Glasses on 12/03/2023 at around11 am. the counter sales staff just handed over the brochure after i asked for it and did not explain anything anything at all. He did not seem to be interested at all ..I think Management needs to give some customer service training to the staff or send some mystery shoppers as today you lost a customer for good. Will Never recommend.

I had a great experience at Specsavers this time. The staff were all kind and super-friendly as well as very efficient. I was able to select the frames I wanted and got a great discount as well. Their technology is constantly updated so every time I go for an eye test the experience gets better and better. highly recommend.
