Absolutely unbeatable service. Pridex have just finished a gorgeous kitchen and laundry for us. Can't speak highly enough of their superb design, craftsmanship and attention to detail. They spotted issues ahead of time and were completely responsive visiting our site and meeting with us. We now have a stunning fitout that feels like it's popped out of the pages of a magazine. So delighted we made the investment. We'll be enjoying it for years to come.

Pridex installed my kitchen five years ago. It was great. This year (all my own fault) I needed to replace a cracked induction hob. Of course my model was already obsolete…..Mike was fantastic - a huge problem for me, a small and annoying issue for him. They could have washed their hands of it but worked really hard to find a solution - and install it at peak demand time. Brilliant service. Highly recommended.

LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAILNO AFTER SALES SERVICEPOOR QUALITYBE WARNEDI engaged Pridex kitchen's approximately 18 months ago. Initial meeting was good. Then went down hill from there.The guaranteed install date, which was very important to me as this was what clinched the deal.After signing the agreement we hadn't heard much and I was worried. When I called the owner had gone on holiday over seas for 3 weeks and was told that they couldn't do anything until he got back. You guessed it, our delivery time was blown out of the water. When would I have been told had I not phoned in.When the kitchen was installed, I had to use my paid employee's to help bring in the kitchen top to install.The cabinetry under the sing was wrong, I had to pay for a new draw, but they kept the old one.The tea towel rack which didn't work as it was in the wrong place. They replaced with lessor quality one. No credit for this.The cuboards next to range hood wrong size, NOT FIXED, stainless bench top wrong style, we managed to pick that up. Thank heaven.The hob is on the lean. NOT FIXEDThere is a problem with bench top.They took months to answer, finally they sent a quote to repair, didn't even bother to come and have a look. NOT FIXED months later still waiting.

We decided to visit Mike from Pridex after hearing great things about his work. We don't regret contacting him for a minute as nothing seemed to difficult and he went above and beyond. His contractors were all top notch and the finished product totally transformed our kitchen/dining space. The project was made a breeze with excellent communication and attention to detail, everything taken care of. The quick wit and hilarious jokes were an added bonus! A top business and top bloke! Thanks a million Mike, we appreciate you a bunch!

Great kitchen design

Pridex helped us renovate our 1905 villa . They listen to our needs and come up with a design that suit our family straight way. The installation was quick, on-time and as suggested.After a number of years, the kitchen is still amazing and suits our growing family. Thanks.
