Very rude including manager, don't know their own finance rules then just hang up. Would not recommend, never had such a bad experience & deal with multiple finance/credit unions every week

Worst ATM of NZ! It charged me a 7.5$ fee just to get cash out of it. And it didn't mention it would charge an atm fee, I think this is not even legal. I use Maestro. BNZ and others charge me nothing. Never use credit union!
