Great taxi service

Appallingly bad service by the RUDE woman at Tauranga branch - they need to have minus stars! Phoned for a taxi, was told it would be half an hour; waited 40 minutes & phoned back only to be told there'd be another 3/4 hour wait. Then the woman with no politenness or manners during either call, claimed (lied) she'd told us the first time to ring a different service and hung up on us!?? We deleted this company's number from our phones - will never use them again; not because they couldn't send a cab when we needed one but because this woman - the first contact representing this company was so unbelievably & unnecesarily rude - it costs nothing to be polite - or to tell the truth!!

I booked online & my flight arrived at airport dead on on time.However no taxi to meet me at passenger entry. Avoid them!
