I highly recommend this company, very professional service, I ordered parts on 4/9/20, i got a email invoice and a notice on 5/9/20 to say that if i had forgotten to put items in my shopping basket i could still add them as freight was already charged i added items on 6/9/20 and completed my order, the order was prepared on 7/9/20 and i recieved it on 8/9/20. Now thats 5 star service. Alex to CHCH in one day.

Amazing customer service here! I needed a part for my old 2003 manitou blackfork. I emailed Dougal from Canada and he was very fast at responding. Helped me find the right part and even helped with installation questions.

finally received my faux IFP for Fox / 2021 DPX2 MTB / after a long trip across the Pacific , and it was 1000% worth the wait ! easy install , quality materials , and most importantly works fantastically as an alternative to the needle fill for IFP chambers in Fox shocks .

I have purchased a few items from shockcraft as I have a few sets of manitou forks so I've purchased 3 damper units and an air spring conversion for circus forks. I've always found them great to deal with and they stock manitou parts as you can't get anything in Australia
