Whitcoulls Hastings
The staff here are super helpful and friendly and there is such a great range of books, stationery, kids activities and toys. I will definitely be back when looking for kids birthday presents as there is such a great selection of everything and then I can also grab wrapping paper and a card :) Has parking right outside which is super handy to pop in. Can definitely recommend this Whitcoulls.

The two young girls working here were useless, loud, laughing, mucking about.Didn't offer any assistance.Singing along loudly to the terrible music that was playing loudly in store.Came in to buy books, couldn't concentrate.We're not much help to other customers when they were asked questions.Poor service. Great selection of books.Did not purchase anything.
