I paid for 1 hour dry. The dryer was rotating as if it was working, but after 1 hour the clothes and the dryer was completely cold and wet. The phone number they have for support they don't answer either. Very inconvenient. Not worth the risk.

I'm using this laundry shop for quite some time, I like to wash here as the price is reasonable and there are plenty of machines available. Clean and tidy premises with centralised self service kiosk payment. Machine progress can be seen on screen monitor. There are also two vending machines which sell detergent and plastic bags plus some confectioneries and drinks.

Have used the one next to Z on te irirangi drive now all the rubber seals are missing from dryers so dryers rattle and hot air escapes wont be going back till fixed

I find Crystal Laundromat to be great, it's got clean surroundings, never smells, is well ventilated, has security cameras in store, reasonable parking, good opening hours, seating in-store, manned by staff, lots and lots of washing machines including small ones if needed, lots of massive driers and now you can pay separately if by eftpos, you only need staff if paying by cash. They've kept aside about 10 machines that staff service for customers who drop off. I can't compare prices as I don't use laundromats that much but when I do, this is where I go! Keep up the good work Crystal Laundromat.

Been a regular customer for ages. Big floor area and very tidy. One thing though I noticed, wash machine #11 needs to be checked as the softener is being dispensed to the wash load too early as compared to machine #10. Wash cycle controls sequence need to be checked. Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer.

Everytime I come here some thing goes wrong I won't come back anymore the machines are always needing repair and today I used 2 dryers one failed to dry my clothes and Im real frustrated because their isn't a reliable number to call for assistance. this is the 3rd time I've come here and it's happened I come here because I support my local. Unfortunately this place is no good.

Very clean and don't need to worry about changing notes to coins as eftpos is provided. Very easy and quick.
