We've used this dry cleaners for over 20 years and, except for only one incident years ago, was always satisfied with the outcome. The one unsatisfactory incident was a silk blouse that had been pressed incorrectly and was missing a tassel. They were happy to redo the pressing and I never really liked the tassel so the outcome worked for me.

Always come here for professional cleaning of my long coats and cardigans. Prompt service, items are returned 100% clean and in good condition. No issues whatsoever. Thank you very much for your service :)

Have used their dry cleaning service for years, from suits to Karate gi's, they've always been polite, timely and so a good job. Some stains are impossible to remove, but they managed to help improve it!

don’t recommend this place. Send two pairs of jeans to be shortened, when I took then back, I found out the sewing was not even straight. The worst pay is the end of the jeans was loose and out of shape. I don’t even know how could that happen. will never go back. very unprofessional

Not good got my evening dress back from dry cleaning covered in strains that were not there before. When I took it back to them the manger said they didn’t do it they never strain clothes. I told him that the dress had never been worn before it was a new dress didn’t have strain on it when it was put in. He was a very rude man. My dress is ruined.

Removed the pleats from a pleated dress and then tried to say it was that way when I dropped it off. Totally ruined the dress

Choose your dry cleaner carefully!Unfortunately had a bad experience here so would not go back or ever recommend.As professionals you would think they would check a garment to see if it’s suitable to be dry cleaned.Took my dress and asked them if it was okay to dry clean it- straight away the guy said yes yes you can, instead of looking at the material and checking the care label.Then when I come to pick it up, he shows me the dress and the sash at the back has completely come off, leaving a tear on the back of my dress!You would think that when that had happened they would at least show some sort of customer service and ring me to tell me my dress has torn and provide a solution, instead of me turn up and find out.After I got upset (as it was a $500 dress and I only wore it a handful of times) he offered to get a lady from their shop to fix it. But to be honest after the terrible dry cleaning job, I would definitely not trust them to mend my dress!And not only that, they still charged me full price for the service!Only out for money, and absolutely no customer service- will definitely never go there again!!Ps Lynn mall Looksmart fixed my dress within 3 hours and did an excellent job! Lovely staff, would highly recommend
