The Plant Project

I purchased two medium sized plants, one came with a free ceramic pot. I ordered on a Monday and received the box on a Wednesday. The plants were both very neatly and carefully packaged, and I was impressed with how snug they were in the box. No issues whatsoever, and the plants arrived looking almost exactly as the photos on the website, I was impressed at the number of leaves and fullness of both plants I purchased. Really good value and much better than buying from the big hardware stores. Would recommend! - there was also a code deal on to get free plant pot covers which I got too, they are also great quality. Will be buying again from The Plant Project :)

Definitely one of my favourite places to order plants online. I also ordered pots and hanging planters from here and they are absolutely gorgeous. Packaging is so great and all my plants arrived in great condition. A bit pricey but the quality is so superior that I don't mind paying a bit extra. All my plants put out new leaves within a month :)

My new peperomia argyreia arrived in perfect condition - great packaging - and quickly too, which is no mean feat as I live in Auckland, and thanks to lockdown most packages take over a week to arrive. Not this one though! Will definitely be back.

After buying plants online for many years, I can honestly say I was gob-smacked by The Plant Project.The packaging was what I first noticed. Very professional and strong. No room for damage in transit. It also arrived only a few days after I ordered it. Amazing!The plant I bought was very healthy, well grown, and in a beautiful pot which included something to hang it with. Plus, there were TWO plants in the pot. Unbelievable!The price was great too. Very competitive. Less expensive than the same plant in the shops.Thanks guys!

Placed an order for some pots and received the wrong ones, was then sent replacements and one of the pots was still wrong. Credit was applied to a voucher that I gave my mum to use and the pot she ordered was absolutely nothing like the picture or description on the website, totally different colour and size. Really disappointing for the prices they charge, will not be purchasing from again.

The plant came quickly once it had been shipped, it was collected on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday. Packaging was great and kept the plant safe with no soil leakage or leaf damage. The plant itself was bigger then expected and was in great condition (it did have a few spots where you could see it was cut at some stage) but all in all I am very happy with my plant! Thanks Guys!

I have purchased numerous (over 20) plants off the team at the Plant project - every single plant has been of exceptional quality. Friendly and great response time to any of my enquiries and plants are shipped packaged well.Plants are always of a great size and once I asked a question about the size of the plant and they replaced no questions asked. How is that for service?I won’t buy plants online anywhere else after a few terrible experiences but 5 stars are easily deserved by the Plant project for their quality, fast shipping, excellent range and friendly approach to plants online!
