TL:DR - Extremely responsive, impressive turnaround time (especially during the pandemic), and fixed the problem the first time so y'all don't have to go back.Partner bricked his mostly new gaming computer...like a n00b. Contacted the team last night, and the following evening we were all sorted and back to gaming. They fixed the computer (we dropped it in the morning) and were able to give it back to us fixed and working well --before their competitors (a famous PC chain here in NZ) were even able to give my partner a quote" for potential service.Shout out to these legends. If we ever break more of our stuff

I'd been holding off getting my laptop repaired as only one key was broken. AKL Wide were the first to respond, plus they provided reasonable estimate without even seeing the laptop. They collected it from me and returned it the next day. Superb!!

If I could give 10, I would. Absolutely incredible service. Have written an enquiry to the website Friday night, my message was instantly addressed, computer was picked up, fixed and delivered back by Tuesday afternoon (yes, in today's weather!) and the technician Justin was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This is positively the best experience with the computer repairs ever. Thank you so much!

5 star, same day service. Justin repaired my laptop quickly and efficiently in my home. He explained the problems in ways I could understand, and answered my questions clearly and without judgement of my ignorance. Later, Justin spent time on the phone with me at no extra cost while I made some adjustments. I highly recommend Aklwide Computer Services and would give 10 stars if I could.
