The team is incredible friendly knowledgeable & helpful. So far i have seen Liv & Dawn and i can't recommend them enough. After every session i feel like I have been reborn.

Wayne, Dawn, Dan, Ian and Liv are like family to me.I use ALL the services that are offered and could not recommend them more.Wayne has bought me back from injury faster than I thought possible and I LOVE our yarns, plus when he geeks out it makes my heart happy, enough to distract me from the pain.Dawn does my sports flushes and remedial massage and I absolutely love talking with her about golf and life and she is so reassuring and kind.Olivia stretches me so deep my soul is practically a yogi! I also love yarns with Olivia and we have a great laugh. I have seen MASSIVE improvement with my flexibility, mobility and a reduction in pain just from a few sessions I have had with her.Dan and I meet weekly for a stretch session and he is friendly and knowledgeable, he listens to me and find solutions and alternatives rather than forcing me into things I can't (or don't want) to do. I always feel better after a session with Dan.They are very community focused and always willing to help. They always go the extra mile to help.Highly recommended to improve all aspects of your life as they all really get into your body, mind and soul.

Had the sports flush massage with Hannah. Walked into a warm and welcoming environment.Hannah was very profession and provided a high level of service with a much needed massage. I have a large frame and am a very active person. Hannah had no issue really getting in there and releasing some tension through out my body.I left feeling very floaty on cloud 9 and was a great start to my Saturday. Dawn and the team are absolutely incredible!! I always walk away from my appointments with her feeling so amazing and I know I wouldn’t be coping with my back pain leading up to my second e surgery half as well as I am thanks to this miracle worker! I recommend her and all the team at NZBMA to anyone who is dealing with pain, tightness, hard physical work or someone who just needs a good strong massage! I absolutely LOVE my session each month with Wayne!!! The banter, the genuine care and the community feel. Super gutted I’ve moved now have to try and find someone that can even marginally compare to the NZBMA whānau!! Will miss you and your amazing work!!!

Dawn is an absolute star and so good at what she does! The sports flush, though a tad painful, always leaves me feeling amazing. I came to Dawn with constant back pain from a spinal surgery, and her massages have helped greatly!The place is tidy and smells great. Plenty of parking whenever I go!
