We feel lucky to have dealt with Charlotte as a first home buyer. Charlotte was the vendor's agent and we dealt with her to get the house. At all times we felt we were dealing with someone with integrity. We hope more agents do what Charlotte does/did. We went unconditional a couple of weeks ago, and full settlement is mid July 2023. We have no doubt that everything will be just as good till the day we get they keys. Best wishes to her.

Above and beyond. We've dealt with a fair share of realestate agents on the journey of buying a house in Christchurch.
