Weeping Willow Cakes

We ordered a cake for my daughters 40th Birthday. Aimee was great to deal with, the cake was delivered to our venue, looked beautiful and tasted fabulous. We chose the Banana Chocolate Kahlua flavour and it was moist & light and easy to cut. Highly recommend.

We decided to go for something a bit alternative for our wedding cake and have a pavlova. Aimee absolutely nailed it making us a multi tier pavlova with various smaller ones to serve as our dessert. She assembled it all on the night at our venue. It was the cake of our dreams, couldn't recomend her enough!

We went to queenstown for my little sisters birthday. We bought two cakes (carrot cake + pistachio cake) and some chocolate bark from Aimee at Weeping Willow. The cakes were beautifully presented. The bark was next level gorgeous with dried flowers and candied berries. Everything was delicious. We were also very lucky to have them done with short notice and they were delivered to our hotel! Amazing service, highly recommend.

Aimee exceeded our cake dreams!! We completely changed our minds on our cake design one week before our wedding day and Aimee was in full support of all our ideas. Our aim was to keep a small amount to freeze and eat on our anniversary.. that wasn't possible as every last bite was devoured by our guests. Delicious and so stunning. My partner and I ordered a cake for our sons first birthday. It was an absolute hit! It exceeded our expectation with the taste, texture and presentation! Our son is allergic to Dairy and Nuts, so she was able to make it without either and you would honestly never know the difference! It was so incredibly delicious. Aimee responded in a professional timely manner, and answered all of our questions. All her prices are extremely reasonable! We got a 10” and it easily fed 20 people and still had heaps left over! You can tell she puts her heart and soul into making these cakes. If you’re thinking about getting a cake.. DO IT! I promise you you will not be disappointed! Excellent communication, open to making a totally bespoke cake - one that my son had his heart set on for his 9th birthday. Chocolate mint Darth Vader cake. I love how Aimee sticks by her ethos of using natural ingredients and even went as far as using fresh mint in the icing. The cake was an absolute hit. Highly recommend Weeping Willow Cakes, every cake is made with love and care. We'll be ordering more for sure :-)
