The lady making coffee was too busy to open a packet of hot chocolate so ask a young girl on the front counter to do it. She promptly used her teeth to open the packet then pour it into a container. Put me off ordering anything from this place when their hygiene standards are so low

I don't go to McDs very often, we thought we'd get a soft serve cone with a flake. There was 2 adults and my grandson, we had 3 cars in front of us and 3 behind us. It took just over 20 mins for us to get to order our cones. The guy that took our order was great, he spoke clearly and loud, we couldn't figure out what the big wait was. I don't mind waiting a little time but that was crazy. The cars behind us would have waited longer, but at the end of the day we enjoyed our cones.

Most disgusting cheeseburger cold and hard, fries soaked in oil with no salt and packet half empty, quarter pounder discusting, service terrible girl yawning whilst serving and boy swearing, filthy restaurant will never ever go back! Pull ya socks up Thames maccas!!

Burgers and fries are cold on pick up through drive through. Service is really slow. Had to miss out on the breakfast menu coz service was slow as.

Beautiful atmosphere, spent a wonderful lunch there for daughters birthday with family and friends, food was fast delicious and reasonably priced, service was top level. Much thx to staff and the owner is super friendly, Kids are welcomed there with even toys to entertain the little Ones, best family restaurant to go to.

I understand that it's quite slow sometimes but Im pretty sure they are short-staffed. There was a young lad taking the orders at the first window at the drive through and then running to the second window to give the food. He needs a raise. The staff have always been lovely and polite.

By far the worst McDonald's meal I've ever had. My friend and I ordered a big mac meal and a two cheese burger meal. We ended up getting 3 meals because the two cheese burger meal was made as 2 single cheese burger meals. Maybe a miscommunication.Beside the order being wrong the burger patties were over cooked and dry and the chips were soggy and tasted terrible. My friend agreed it was worst meal he's had from a McDonalds.

These young ones at McDees are exceptional. never had slapped together good. always onto it.foods hot, not warm . top marks for great staff. even when my mokos go in. they re given the same help and couteousness. cheers to u all .
