This is a great place for both men and women to get your haircut and groomed. The staff are extremely friendly and know what they are doing as well as listen to what they customer needs a. Well worth a visit folks.

The hair cut was expensive for a pretty basic cut on a 6 year old photos should say it all, one side mucked up one side ok

I got my hair trimmed, thinned and straightened here about 3 weeks ago from the māori lady with the tattoos and it is honestly the best haircut I have ever had. My hair is naturally thick and every time I get it thinned from previous salons it doesn’t even feel like it has been thinned haha. My hair looks and feels soo much healthier. It also sits really nice whether I have it tied up or down. Thank youu soo much. I only get my hair cut once a year bc i am too lazy so ill definitely be back when I visit town again:)))

No appointments necessary apparently! Shut at 1pm on Saturdays? Turned up at 12.08pm, my partner had the door shut in his face by a rude woman, telling him they are closed, disgusting customer service!!!

Went in for a cut, just moved to the area and needed a trim. As soon as I walked in I was looking at the board (what they can do and prices ect) no one was at the desk and a lady come over to me (she was cutting hair) and said hi do u want some prices" I said no thank you I need a cut. She said well u need to sit down in and wait in line cause that's how it works. So I sat down and within 5 mins was taken for a cut. I asked for a certain hair style and the lady suggested something else

I walked in to enquire about a complex-ish haircut I was wanting to get and was only told that it would cost “from $47” which I could obviously read, however wanted an estimate to save myself from sitting in the line of 5 people for a simple haircut and it cost me $200. I asked the lady at the counter for an estimate and her only response was “from $47” while pointing at the board and making sure I saw her doing so, as if i couldn’t read it for myself. Not sure if that was her intention but that’s what it felt like. Her response felt condescending and rude. Which i’m sure isn’t a reflection of the business as a whole, but I think that an estimate would have been nice to save any future customers from waiting to be charged an unreasonable price (which I am only saying because I wasn’t told an actual price). Which is an unfortunate experience, since i have heard such good reviews about their skills but their customer service made me go elsewhere.
