Highly, highly, highly recommend working with Bespoke Wooden Solutions! From the moment we connected with them, they were nothing short of amazing. Craig (the owner) immediately met us on site and we had a quote shortly after. Timely & professional. Plus - great value for money.The building team (Guppy, Tim and Richard) were experts. They thought through all the details and potential issues with our build and put the same care in as they would have at their own properties. Plus, they were lovely to have on site. Positive and hard working crew!We will definitely be using Bespoke and recommending them to others for any wooden building needs!

They were very prompt with communications when scheduling the work, and I was really happy with the job that Alex and the team did. Alex from Bespoke constructed and installed a high quality trellis gate for me. Stainless steel screws, 19mm thick slats with joins glued. Not only does it look great it closes perfectly and is strong and solid! Alex is friendly and offered helpful advice. Strongly recommend his services.

Customer service is non-existent. Gates were installed after lockdown in 2020. Have had issues ever since and Craig's attitude to that is not my problem"! He treats the customer with disrespect. Gates do not function properly or line up to close. He blames the customer for everything. Buyer beware! Almost $2K for a product that does not work is not acceptable. Warranty is not honoured."

We had a gate made by Bespoke Wooden Solution. Initial contact was great with very good advice on the appropriate gate to suit our needs. Never pushy to get more stuff. End up we saved lots for to the very sound advice from Craig. The team who installed the gate were great too, very friendly and helpful and most importantly listened to customer's requirements and provide excellent service and installation. Very happy with our gate.
