Rude, Passive aggressive service from the coffee girl working today, I believe her name is Talia? Waited almost 20 mins for my coffee, and was given attitude for saying “sorry, I ordered a large size, maybe there was a mix up?” upon receiving a tiny little cup. Her response was passive aggressively informing me about the size of a macchiato, and saying I must have meant to order a mocha.No…. I didn’t mean to, thanks Talia. But I should have gone to Starbucks….I don’t care about the size necessarily, but her response was uncalled for and rude. Starbucks does a nice macchiato in a big cup, with a nice portion of frothed milk….

Overpriced, unorganised, bland.Partner and I dined here. Her order was entirely wrong the first time they brought the food out and instead of sending it back the manager ate it right next to us. We waited about 10 minutes for her actual order and once again they messed it up. We ended up getting a reluctant refund for her order.I got the tacos which came out fine, the portion was okay for the price but the food was severely lacking seasoning. The coleslaw had no dressing and the chicken was like the frozen stuff you get at the supermarket. The chips were okay but once again lacking seasoning.The drinks have nothing on Starbucks.

50 minute wait for limp tacos, over salted cold boiled eggs... advertised as eggs benedict. even the bun from food warmer took 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Wont be in much soon. Small relief for the drinks which came in quite soon

Second time I have gone there. The first time we were advised there would be a 30 minute wait for food which was fine. This time we were told the coffee would be 20 minutes so got it to go as we were going to the movies. Coffee was 20 minutes ... but the food was 45 minutes!! Not good enough - we should have been told so we could have gone somewhere else.

Wait wasn’t long drink was nice BUTI first was served not what I ordered so they took the food away.I then reminded them what i wanted and how i wanted the sauce changed in my burger.It looked like the manager or the boss was sitting beside us he then grabbed the plate off of the server and proceeded to eat MY wrong order right beside me while i waited for the right food to come out.At this point my partner had already been served and eaten all his food and we were still waiting.It finally came out still wrong though they didn’t change the sauce like i reminded them to! So i just asked for a refund as I didn’t have time to wait any longer. Pretty disappointing to say the least.

Two lovely ladies making coffee and serving customers. Lady in the kitchen seemed friendly. All three of them run off their feet. The male who returned with the milk was completely useless. Cleared two tables in the half an hour waiting we did for our coffees and hot chocolates. With a couple of Karens in the shop I was suprised the women were holding it together with no help from the man what so ever. No wonder it took half an hour when there was only 3 people on for non stop customers and 1 useless staff member who may as well not have been there. Very impressed with the 3 women, they deserve a hell of a raise.

Got the Filo feta spinach.Was not Filo, bland all I could taste was pepper. Not recommended.3rd visit. Still not impressed.Will give a miss.Was given them a chance. But no improvement.

unfortunately the food does not meet the hype of the decor.Been before and food was good but this time ordered breakfast but bacon raw and cold, eggs overcooked to the point of being rubbery. Eggs and potato rostie with bacon, bacon raw and luke warm, potato rostie still frozen inside. only saving grace coffee okay. Service was quick and good but no enthusiasm from staff cant blame them. We told staff of our disappointment with food but they didn't care. Wont be going back

30 minute wait for food but staff communicated that immediately, were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The choc mint slice frappe is my new obsession.
