I ordered a couple of ink cartridges online and expected them to be delivered in the next couple of days due to the level 3 status. I opened my door a couple of hours later and they were already there. Couldn't believe it. On top of that, shipping costs were zero. Highly recommend Cartridge World Remuera to everyone, especially if your a busy and your printer runs out of ink at the most inconvenient time. Great work guys. Cheers.

Patient staff who were quick to identify why my ink cartridge purchased from them wasn't working. They didn't mind that I had to make 3 trips to check the components of the printer. There wasn't any charge for the good service I received.

I just called it's pouring down to get a toner that has just died put on the courier. The customer service is the best they offered to drive down and drop the toner off. they get 5 Stars!!

I bought in some after market cartridges (brand new) and asked for them to fill them. He refused saying they cannot guarantee the working quality of the cartridges as they weren't genuine. I was not asking him to guarantee them I was asking him to fill them. He refused. Obviously this is a cheaper way for the customer which they don't like. Went elsewhere.
