The team at AA carriers were absolutely fantastic to move our family home. They arrived within the time frame given and we were kept up to date with all arrival times and capacity to stay longer by the main office. There was a delay with another company moving preciosa owners out of our new address and the team at AA carriers were professional and responsive to a difficult situation. They worked solidly throughout always very polite and ultra professional. Would highly recommend!!

Another fantastic experience with these guys.Jordan was super helpful on the phone for a quote, general information and booking. Then a courtesy call and text the night before - the peace of mind that brought was really appreciated.On the day I definitely had the A team - Shaun and Epe had me packed and unpacked super fast, were great helping me on my own, AND so friendly. Thanks boys!

The Worst company i have ever dealt with. We booked in AA Carries for an allocated time slot of between 1pm and 2 pm. We called AA carries at 11 am to make sure they are on schedule with the booking they advised that they would be there at 1pm. we called back again at 12:30pm and they advised that they would be turning up closer to 2 pm. We called again at 2:20pm and AA Carries advised that the can't get hold of the driver and cant give a time and that we should just wait. After talking with the the lady taking care of our booking she decide to talk to the manager about options. The managers response was we have 2 options . Option 1 - we could cancel our booking Option 2 - We wait until the truck turns up. Our response was that we would wait be would like to know a time frame of when the truck will arrive. The Lady again phoned her Manager and his response was that AA Carries was cancelling the booking and we are not to expect to see any truck or mover to arrive. We are completely shocked at their ability to communicate and absolutely amazed they just completely canceled our booking and left us with no movers or apology. I cant believe a company like this can survives in a competitive market.I would completely steer well clear of this company.

The 2 guys that were working on the truck at AA on our recent house move were beyond fantastic!! They worked superhuman fast and efficiently/care and were lovely guys. They navigated a neighbor having a massive paddy with the patience and grace many would not have. The job was done in record time. Tuck some cash away to give the drivers/moving guys a decent tip as when you see the speed that they work, the sweat they put into it, you will want to reward them with a tip. I highly recommend this organisation.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They told me a time of between 12-2pm. I rang at 2pm and they told me closer to 3. I waited till 3 and then told 4pm! By then the new Owners were ready to move in and here I was waiting for the Movers to turn up which didnt happen until 4.30pm. The Movers did their best but clearly they are understaffed. The worst part was their Manager called and offered to get more people out to help with an extra charge!!!! Never have expreinced such bad customer service. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Young māori fulla all good but ask the older samoan man to not attend your job, stank of old alcohol and took more ziggy breaks in 3 hrs than the heaviest smoker i know takes in a day. I did more work than him,Still charged me full price. Moved from henderson to new lynn, charged me 580.hire them if wanna get ripped off.

Quote was swift & the team arrived on time, with excellent communication throughout. All team members are friendly & professional and are good value for money. Entire experience was easy, swift & with utmost care & understanding. If we ever want to move house once more, we would definitely use them again.
