Pretty bad - burger patty had grisly chewy bits and was a bit dry. Lettuce and tomato and bun etc nothing to write home about. Shocking price for something I could make better at home - if you really need a takeaway burger, Ekim's $8 vs Burger Wisconsin's $12.50 is a much better deal.

We ordered burgers initially said 30mins, arrived and had to wait extra 15min. Arrived home to find burger missing, the allergy specific one. Had to have drive back after only to find that order was wrong on return. Not cool putting uber eats above local customers. RAGE!

Good burger, very poor service. Ordered online and got there a bit after the pickup time to ensure it would be ready. The two workers completely ignored all the customers in the shop and I stood waiting at the counter for 10 minutes before having to interrupt their conversation to ask if my burger was ready. It had been sitting on the warmer the whole time, and before I even got there.

Will never have a burger here again. Was asked for my vaccine pass for a takeaway. I am fully vaccinated however I find discrimination unacceptable. Pity your burgers are really good, will take my money elsewhere, to an establishment that doesn’t discriminate.

Burguers were not how they look at the pictures. Very small and not what we were expecting. The fries were soggy and undercooked. The quality dropped a lot and very expensive.

Good burgers, nothing out of the ordinary but defiantly still great. Lines can get quite long on something like a friday night. Great for if you're in a pinch about what to get the family for dinner, it's got something everyone will enjoy

Best tasting burger I have ever eaten. Staff need cleaning training though. One sprayed cleaning product next to where I was eating. Another wiped down the milkshake stirrers on the machine with the same cloth they just wiped the bench with. Probably won't eat there again since I was so disgusted.

Always a decent feed with a varied burger selection and range of condiments. Would have been nice to see the server wearing gloves when making our burgers, i do recall that happening on previous visits.

While the price of the burger is definitely getting up there (in terms of how much you can pay for a hamburger) the quality of the ingredients is what sets this place apart.Always fresh and juicy beef patties with a distinctive and delightful char to them. The milkshakes are also pretty good.
