ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH these people, the company is having problems with their own staff and yet they take it out on their customers. their lack of communication, miss information, the unprofessionalism dealing with customers, the worst experience of my life. I want a FULL REFUND and do not want to deal with your business anymore

Paid for a bed… was told it was ordered. Waited a month with no contact, had to hassle Joanne and the manager. To find out they haven’t ordered it.They’re useless and will scream at you over the phone because they have no sale skills what so ever. So bloody rude!!!Manager will not let you speak, will yell at you and ask you if you need to be taught how to use google… I do not but your sales team need sales/customer service skills!!Replying to your answer!You have to refund my money. You’re not doing me any favours by refunding MY money.And ONLY TODAY (24/04) you told me you had no idea where my order was, then you told me it was here , then you tell me it’s on the container and lastly you tell me it’s been water damaged. Make up your mind and keep up with your teams lies.
