Hugh came out to see us for our free measure and quote back in January, he was very well informed about the products he was selling and gave us some great recommendations.The quote came through quickly and we were informed of the processing time frame quickly.Albert came this morning to install our screen and he was very friendly, fast and tidy with the installation.Overall we are very pleased with our first screen experience and will definitely be contacting Screens R Us again to have more screens installed when budget allows.

Highly recommend. Amazing result, more than what I expected. Very quality screens and the installation is very professional.. They had to come twice as I had a change in mind but they were very supportive and didn't charge extra for the hassle. The communication is amazing as they contacted me few times to make sure they deliver what I expected as my case is bit complex and at the end they delivered more. Really friendly team and very reliable . Thank you very much.

These guys are amazing to deal with. I thawt I needed a whole new door, they advised they could fix current one. Which made it cheaper. Great communication. Even refunded me on some parts they didn't use. The guy who installed it was awesome. And the lady (forgot name sorry) in ph was amazing to deal with.10 outve 5 stars!!Thanks guys

I had a very bad experience with this company. They are expensive compared to other places and truly unfriendly. I had someone who came to our place and did the measurement, but then the quote was sent by someone else. So there was a misunderstanding in terms of what services I wanted. I ended up paying twice for just one screen net door. Whereas I thought the price is for the screen net door and also the magnetic screens as this is something I had told the person who did the measurement. I could have paid the same price for a screen door net and also magnetic screen for bedroom windows with another company. When I mentioned this to the manager, she said other places have poor quality products. The manager Natt and her manager John were super undefinedly with me on the phone. Zero understanding about my situation and they offered no support. There are other similar companies out there. So the only point of difference is the way you treat your customers. Please stay away whoever who reads this.

Houselot of screens and security doors ordered in January. At no time were we told how long it would be to delivery, though we were told by the receptionist don’t keep ringing me (. I will ring you when your order is ready.)Got the answer 9-10 weeks from payment of deposit to delivery! Final delivery included front security door with incorrect mesh. We ordered ONE WAY MESH. Much discussion until the firm excepted that what they had supplied on 29 May was incorrect. Now 3 July and the mesh is still incorrect. Hopeless firm to deal with. Communication so easy by email but not used.

I have just used the Screens R Us services. All communications were friendly, Natt and Albert were helpful, showed and explained all the options. I am happy with the door quality, neat and clean execution of my order. I am grateful to the entire Team for the great job they do! Highly recommend this business.

A fantastic service from start to finish. The contractors came to measure up and discuss my requirements turned up within a couple of days of my first phone call. They were professional, friendly and really helpful with suggesting what would work for us (including a cat door!). My screen door was ready for installation within a week and the contractor who came to fit the door turned up promptly and was both professional and friendly. The door looks amazing. Professional and excellent service. I was told from the start that the job would take about 6 weeks. I ordered the Supascreen and this was delivered and installed well within the agreed timeline. I am happy with the product and the quality of installation - well recommended. Thank you also to Albert who did the installation.

Ordered security door and magnetic window screens. Due to Covid, production was delayed but we were kept informed. On fitting day Albert brought our screens, he was very efficient and professional he was also very tidyas he vacuumed and cleaned the window. He is a great asset to the company. Would definitely recommend Screens R Us
