I’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing self-defense course with Boris. The 6-week course gives me great strategies that will last for a lifetime. Boris is an excellent self-defense ánd personal trainer and I can highly recommend him!

Boris is such an awesome personal trainer! Knowing when to push me and educates me along the way. Trudy gives very yummy and filling meal plans and is always ready with a tip or two. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Awesome support and motivation. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Boris is an excellent physical and mental instructor to help your reach peak physical capacity. I personally always had poor habits and worse self image. He coaches me on every wellness aspect to be able to overcome these problems. In addition, his armed forces background gives him a special insight into human resilience and capability which will help bring out the best in you..
