Lovely music in the background, gorgeous art (For Sale) on the wall to view. And the meal was thoroughly enjoyed.

Vintage Village Cafe
Editing my review from 2019 since it has changed owners. Went to check it out, and it's back to being a good cafe. Decent regular cafe food, at regular cafe prices, friendly staff, got their systems together. It was a much better experience, better food and better service.

Vintage Village Cafe
Took family (five of us) for lunch Sunday. Three had hamburgers - OK but expensive. One had crepes, syrup and cream - OK. Two had calamari on salad - very under nourishing - less than ten small crumbed calamari pieces, three or four cut pieces of olive on a bed of lettuce with dressing - a piece of bread would have helped. Average price overall $24.00 so regarded this as poor value for money.

Enjoyed wandering around town and ended with th squid salad. Delicious and just the right amount before I head for a long walk in the beach.

Nice relaxed cafe, nice friendly staff.Went again last Saturday. Had a great family lunch. Staff so nice , excellent service and great dishes.

Ka pai Mōrena, this mōrena we visited #vintagevillagecafe for some kai and kāwhe. Haven't been here in years. It's still a lovely setting on the corner.Menu looked great for breakfast and lunch, as did the small amount of cabinet food. The kai and kāwhe, smoothie were served in a very reasonable time. It was very ka pai.There is plenty of inside and outdoor seating. Lovely atmosphere, but the music is a bit loud for ka pai conversation or quite thinking while enjoying your kāwhe. Otherwise, the atmosphere was really nice.Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Vintage Village Cafe
Went for a morning walk and stopped into this cafe for a spontaneous breaky. Our hot chocolates were barely lukewarm despite the place not being busy. When our food arrived after a long period of time it arrived all on one plate which was not how we ordered it.( due to Allergies some foods couldn't be together) We explained again how we requested it and they went to fix it. When they delivered it on separate plates as required the toast was cold. Not impressed.
