Ashley Ellen HypnoBirthing

So grateful for the knowledge presented to myself and my husband through Ashley's hypnobirthing course. She is the perfect mix of gentle, kind and calm and really went above and beyond our expectations. We both felt so empowered and prepared for the birth of our baby girl. So much of what Ashley has taught us has really resonated with the birth that we were hoping for, and it was incredible to connect with other pregnant parents in a similar position. The course is a good mix of theory and practice and we were prepared and excited to meet our baby, rather than scared of the unknown. I would recommend this course to absolutely every expectant family.
