Went here to purchase a courier bag and arrived slightly early than 8am. Nevertheless, the guy in front of the counter was quite nice and accommodating, and patiently explained what I needed to do. Thank you!

Indian guy at the counter very rude iv been there 4 times . First time didn't wana listen had all my documents proof n passport very rude attitude so drove to New Market post office very pleasant service from the news market branch .

Amazing service from Imran at Britomart Post Shop!! I have just moved into the area & had a number packages I needed assistance posting.. Imran went above and beyond to ensure I had everything filled out correctly and made sure my packages were in ship shape!! I will most definitely be using this post shop rather than the Wellesley street or Victoria Street ones!!

I clearly asked for sending parcel via parcel post, but the receipt says courier. This happens to me at multiple post offices several times.

It is my first time to NZ Post Britmart at 1pmish and didn't have a good experience. The guy was very rude who laughed with mocking tone when I asked for help. There are a few ppl never been here before, when they are asking for help, you should be friendly, patient and provided good service to customers instead of being arrogant.

I came in today to post a parcel and had to have someone print off my pre-paid shipping label as my printer broke down. Having looked everywhere during level 3 lockdown, I couldn't find a print shop that was open. So I went into this shop expecting to pay a premium to print a piece of paper, however the owner was very kind to print my label for me even though he could have charged me for it, thank you to Imran for your kind service and it is much appreciated! Do visit this shop for a hassle free and awesome service.
