I too am having to wait two weeks for a redelivery and still waiting.I also called their customer service and I waited 2hrs and 46mins before someone took my call.They keep sending emails to dispatch for redeliveries but I never had anyone redelievring yet.I'm very tired of calling and so unhappy. I had parcels from new zealand couriers and courier posts and they don't have this issue.This is the most stupidest company on earth and I hope they shutdown soon.Their logistics sucks!

Hate to be 'that' person. But absolutely useless service. I ordered over $100 worth of goods from cotton on. I expected some delay due to COVID but it's taken over a month and a half. Reached out to customer service via email, no response. Tried to call customer service, no response. I have been tracking my package and three times it says they have 'attempted delivery'. Not at one point have I had a card placed in my letterbox, or had any indication that an attempt was made to deliver my package. I have had other packages that have been delayed, but at least those courier companies have kept me updated in regards to this and actually delivered my orders. Honestly, the most useless courier service ever. Will never ever ever even consider using these guys in the future. I have reached out to cotton on and requested a refund because I paid for goods which I did not receive.

Lucky we do not have 0 star ratings, worst and pathetic courier service, highly not recommended. Staff need training on customer service, highly unprofessional.

Worst encounter I've had with a delivery company/driver in a long long time. I specifically worked from home the past Thursday so I could be home for a package delivery. Checked the tracking status during lunchtime and it said my package was delivered at 9:xxam, no it WASN'T (nothing was delivered and certainly no one ranged the bell)! Called them and they said the driver had delivered it to the house in the back.. our house number is xxxA, which is right at the FRONT with the number plated on the fence, the house in the back is xxxC. The mailbox leading to the back clearly says xxxC!! Moreover, I walked to the house in the back and I could see my package behind this 2 metre gate and the owner wasn't home, which means this driver would've THROWN my package (a vase) OVER the gate!!! For this driver to blatantly not see our house at the front with the number xxxA on it and delivers it to the house (mailbox saying xxxC right up the driveway) at the back, you are either retar*** or you are blind.. if you can't even get this right, can't imagine you doing deliveries to multi-block townhouses/units (which is everywhere in AKL now)

I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for an order that apparently is only sitting at a depot 5 min drive away from my house (I was advised this would take 6 days tops as per their website and a rep who contacted me). Now don't get me wrong I completely understand what it's like with the courier and logistics industry at the moment ( I work in this industry) but how can they tell me they attempted delivery @ 14:45 on a Wednesday, and due to courier work load was not delivered? Bare in mind this wasn't listed on the tracking website, I had to ask the CS agent when I called, and even then it took her a couple minutes to see the reason why it was not delivered in their system. I hate to be this customer but how is that my problem? Their tracking shows that it returned to that same depot and has been there since, it has been 5 days!! I called customer service (which was not helpful at all) and was asked if I wanted it redelivered, ummm yes!!! It wasn't my fault it was not delivered in the first place and you're asking me if I want it redelivered? what is the alternative, you just hold my package until I forget? And to make it worse I received an email from the retailer asking how my items are, to which I responded how am I supposed to review items I haven't even received? There has been no accurate tracking, no movement or update. You would think that if the work load was high on the day they attempted, they would just try again the next cycle or day right? wrong! instead this has been on hold for almost a week now with no movement. I would expect this from NZPost or NZCouriers not TOLL as I have only had good experiences with their service till now. I will be sending a complaint and email to the retailer as well stating NOT to send their customers packages through them due to the poor service.EDIT: I ended up reaching out to the retailer who refunded me. I also asked them to lodge a formal complaint regarding the terrible service from TOLL.

Quite possibly the worst courier service in NZ. Thousands of dollars of car parts have been MIA for 17 days and thought to be missing. No communication from Toll having to call them every day to chase up with no result. DO NOT USE.

Worst delivery service I've experienced ever. My order was out for delivery on 08/11 however, the delivery man ran out of time and reallocated my order elsewhere. Four days later still no sign for my parcel out for delivery. If the delivery man fails to deliver my parcel as he ran out of time wouldn't my parcel be a priority the next day instead of reallocation? I've contacted customer service multiple times yet no progress. Once a rude customer service lady also hung up on me instead of listening to my situation. Customer service is really horrible. They need to sort this out. Even if we try to call them we're on hold for more than 2 hours. They really need to sort out their service. I'm getting no answers from this company in regards to my parcel. If they can't do the job at least allow me to pick it up. Who is responsible if they lose my parcel? Are you going to pay for the amount of money I spent online? Good luck getting any reply from this company. Pathetic service don't recommend ever !

Like many of the other reviews I have been a victim of the phantom delivery attempt. Status showed delivery attempted" two days ago even though no card was left. My partner was in the garage with the door up. I was in a room with a view of the street. My children were close to the front door yet no one saw or heard this mysterious delivery person. Judging by other reviews "delivery attempted" is a blatant lie. I thought they might automatically try to drop it off the next day but it wasn't to be and I have now been on hold with their apparently busy call centre for over and hour. Please for the sake of your customer service please don't use this company to deliver your goods because I will no longer order from the sender if they use Toll."

If I could give Toll zero stars I would. This is also the absolute worst delivery service ever. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and told me they couldn't tell me any more than I could see in the tracking details, after I had been on hold for over an hour. My parcel has been with them for over a month and they cannot tell me where it is. They supposedly attempted to deliver 3 weeks ago and since then my package is AWOL. The customer service representative told me since they cannot tell me where my package is, to call the company I ordered from and ask for a refund. Ridiculous. So many other delivery services have dealt with Covid and are still providing excellent service despite that so Covid does not excuse Toll. Also there website has most atrocious UI ever. Do better Toll. And avoid this service at any cost.

This company is untrustworthy ! I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered to an Auckland address for three weeks since it arrived in Auckland. Drivers recorded 3 times 'Attempted Delivery', what does this even mean? No signature is required and they are supposed to deliver contactless! No card is left, no 'attempt' has been made and I am wondering how irresponsible their customer service is ! I called two times and emailed three times so far and requested an explanation and follow up. Everytime told that your package is on the way or was going to be delivered on ... And .... And .... Days!Do not trade with them!
