13/4/2023 My sister and I visited 3DMax at Whangarei to pick up my newly purchased XTool D1 10 watt pro. Not only we did we get a very good demonstration of the laser cutting ability which is amazing, but they also assembled my machine and set it up with my computer and gave us some tuition on the use of the XCS software.We were very impressed with our visit, and would highly recommend this supplier to anyone looking at purchasing their products. I can't wait to get started with mine.Brian

I originally looked at buying a 3D printer from China then found the company had an official distributor in Whangarei. Their prices were very competitive so I ordered one, which arrived next day despite disruption due to major weather events at the time. Consumables I've ordered since have arrived next day every time, even when I placed the order late in the afternoon. Exceptional service thanks 3D Max!
