Oxygen Body Corporate Management

I have been working with Oxygen as our selected Body Corporate partner for a number of years, of recent the past 3 as a member and chair of a body corporate for our building. Anita, Kyla and the wider teams (including partners such as Justin & Paul from Alive Building Solutions) have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. Attentive, good at communicating the legislative requirements in plain English, and keeping a top of the members of the body corporate re LTMP, levies etc. When there have been challenges Oxygen have been excellent to deal with in resolving these and upfront and honest. (We're all human after all) - I recommend Anita, Kyla and team as a strong body corporate partner and while they're with Oxygen agree Oxygen is a great choice.

I am the chairman of a Body Corp committee in Wellington and have worked with oxygen for near on four years. During that time they have been great to work with and very helpful as our BC administrators. They have good contacts to provide specialist advice when we needed it and provide excellent financial accounting and management. They encourage professional development and offer very useful training sessions at their local office facilities. The website user interface they use has improved considerably in 2022 and it now offers all the web services that are becoming essential to manage a body corporate structure and associated records and work orders or meetings.I have worked with three different relationship managers and can see small differences in personalities but an overall coordinated service offering. I recommend Oxygen’s body corporate services to any body corp committee.

I don't understand why they refuse to take credit cards for payments, it's 2022 & we're still living in primitive times. Bank transfers only. Enabling credit cards for Payments only Opens" another gateway for Profit for Oxygen BodyCorp. I think you are failing to understand what you are "Blocking" the customers to give you their money."

Good team of BC experience. Even with changes to personnel, have managed to keep on top of things and to replace/re-insert the new people. Well done Oxygen BC team.
