Disgusted at the vial attitude of the technician to leave his urine on the toilet seat. Total lack of professionalism.It would also appear they keep your WiFi modem password on their phones as well as the WiFi device attached to your security camera, Not very secure, not very trustworthy, not at recommended.

Gave them a call as they worked on Paradox alarm systems which is what was in the house that we bought.A representative came out the same morning and changed out a system battery that was failing (the reason for the call). Took away a couple of used batteries for recycling.Set up the alarm for our situation, tested the smoke alarm and gave us some expansion options that were reasonably priced.Would I have them back? In a heart beat!
