Lavender Hill Accommodation

Wonderful place to drop in for a spot of Gin tasting, much to see and do at this lovely farm. Today we didn't stop to see the animals but we did taste and purchase some lovely Gin and couldn't resist purchasing the soap and lavender essential oil.Definitely will be making another stop. Our Hostess Trish was very welcoming. She's very proud and knowledgeable about her products. We love this area of North West Auckland so a drive in the country plus visiting this special spot makes it extra lovely.

This place is Phenomenal. The rooms are spacious and homely and upon request can be turned in to a double or twin set arrangement of beds. The communal areas are beautifully finished and relaxing. The kitchen is filled of everything we needed and it even came with a complimentary continental breakfast. Not only are the grounds beautifully maintained. Additionally not only is the accommodation excellent the shop is filled of wonderful smelling and taste treats such as there gorgeous limoncello. If this does not convince you to stay here I want to further details that excellent service received from the hosts. Trish went above and beyond, she had excellent communication and the rooms were beautifully set up.. All I can say now is come along and get amongst it for the most beautiful and wonderful stay

My partner and I booked Lavender Hill as accommodation for our Wedding the night before and night of. Right from the beginning of the process, Trish was an absolute delight to deal with and was so helpful! I was even happier when we found out we could use their stunning property for our Bridal Party shoot. The accommodation and property are so wonderfully kept and presented. All the lovely, extra touches that Trish put together were super special - including stocking the fridge and pantry with some yummy treats and necessities in case we hadn't come prepared. Would highly recommend staying at Lavender Hill and we have plans to return here in the near future. THANK YOU SO MUCH TRISH!!!!

Highly recommend staying here. Extremely comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting amongst the lavender and olive trees - so relaxing! Each room was thoughtfully decorated and had its own bathroom with great showers.The host, Trish, made us feel very welcome. We appreciated all the little details that made it a special stay, including a gin tasting, a wonderful spread of breakfast, fresh flowers, fruit and chocolate. Can't wait to come back.

We booked Lavender Hill for ourselves and guests at my daughters wedding. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of the accommodation, the amazing breakfast we were given and the lovely reception Trish, the owner gave us on our arrival and departure. I stayed at Lavender Hill before getting married, and it was the perfect place for me to relax before my wedding and for getting ready with my bridal party! The setting is stunning and amazing for photos, the house is beautiful and spacious, the lighting is perfect for getting ready, the breakfast was delicious and Trish (the host) was so accommodating and lovely and even catered to my dietary requirements. I also loved the wall mural in the dining area and this was perfect for taking photos before the wedding. If you are looking for the best place to stay around Kumeu, look no futher!! :)

Our two families with kids aged 5, 12 and 17 had a lovely relaxing 2 nights' stay after a hectic road trip. Trish is so welcoming, she gave great dining recommendations (we had a wonderful dinner at the historic tavern). We enjoyed the tour of the farm and bought lovely gifts of lavender honey and limoncello for the family back home. It's been about ten days since we left, and we are missing Lavender Hill and the big, bright stars. We will be back! Thank you, Trish!

Lavender Hill is a beautiful spot! We felt relaxed and calm as soon as we arrived and saw the beautiful accomodation. The lavender had recently been harvested, but there was still a lovely aroma about the place. Gin and limoncello tasting was delicious and interesting, the alpacas were a hoot, the accomodation had everything we needed for our hens party, and Trish was a fantastic host. Highly recommended.
