Amazing service from entering the door to getting our photos taken by Julia to viewing them with Michael. Julia is fantastic at wat she does- knew how to get the right photos that we wanted and made them look unbelievable. Great with my toddler and new born. Loved supporting a nz family and nz business

Awesome photographers. Very professional. The most stunning newborn pics!!! So so so happy I chose them to capture our baby in his first moments of life. Would definitely use them again if we decide to have more children one day

Sad to to have to post this feedback.Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the same amazing service that past reviews rave about. In fact, we were incredibly disappointed with the lack of follow up & non response from Photo Hive.After explaining our family circumstances, we weren’t even offered alternative options to get to view the photos we had taken, in spite of spending a few hours with Julia in the studio & sending an email through. Just totally ignored.Communication was great leading up to the photo shoot & initial payment. THEN bang - the service level & communication became non-existent after we were offered viewing dates & times that were unsuitable & over a month away, despite having clearly communicated we needed the photos sooner.We paid the initial fee, got dressed up, my daughter was so excited & Julia was lovely - but we’ve gotten nothing out of it. Just silence. A simple response would have been courteous.We chose Photo Hive over our local options because of the amazing photos we’ve seen from friends, however, their customer service & inflexibility is saddening & beyond disappointing.

Julia and Michael gave me an exceptional experience. I had never done a portrait session before and they really put me at ease. The photos came out great. Highly recommended, will definitely use Julia and Michael again at Photo Hive.

This Team is easy to work with, They were fun and also considerate. Always made sure that our baby was comfortable. It was one of the best photoshoots I have attended and most of all their work is absolutely beautiful.

Great people and very professional. Both maternity and newborn photo shoots went beyond our expectations. Plus a personal delivery of our photo canvasses! Thanks to Michael and Julia for a job well done. Highly recommended.

Michael and Julia were excellent. Julia was brilliant at getting my 2.5 year old to participate and smile and not get grumpy while my newborn was getting his photos taken. It was a great experience and was very relaxed and the whole sitting was not rushed. The photos turned out great and they were very helpful in making sure that we were happy with all of our photos. Really good service. quite and beautiful studio. They specializes in baby photography but portraits are also taken according to our requirements.

It's been a pleasure meeting Julia and Michael :) During the shoot, my fiance and I were at ease. We really enjoyed our experience with Photo Hive. The photos came out great too! After getting the digital images, we received a letter from Julia and it's really heartwarming because she had written it herself :) The USB was cute, btw :D
