Nick and his team at Farrand Builders put together a great package for us, after looking for so long. We did an in-house consultation to see what our budget and style was, including architect sit down and design. He then put a full turnkey contract together with which made the whole process so much easier for our first home build.The banks loved it.The build is coming along fantastic. Farrand Builders was very well priced for the style and size of the house and did they everything to work in with our budget.The progress has happened at a good pace and has been coming along very smoothly.Without the package Farrand Builders put together, we may have regrettably sold our section up.Me and my partner are so grateful.We will be definitely using Farrand Builders in the future for our next build.Very highly recommend.Chloe and Kane
