We have had a wonderful experience with Morgan and his company Hauraki Property Services. They have repainted our interior renovation, lounge, kitchen and dining and already after a few days the compliments from friends and family about attention to detail is awesome. I contracted Morgan and the Hauraki Property Services to repaint a commercial property. They delivered the project on time and on budget. The quality of the work was fantastic and I had several people comment on what a good job they were doing during the project. Adrian their foreman was great to deal with and nothing was a problem. Hi Morgan, not sure how to send a review but this would be my review.Morgan and his team attended our Auckland property while we were living in Hong Kong. All communication was done without meeting Morgan beforehand, so to finally arrive in NZ and see the degree of professionalism expertise, we were extremely happy with the end product. Morgan’s team painted the outside of our house, it was a big job and involved stripping all the weatherboard back to bare wood and painting all our wooden windows. Team did an awesome job, very professional, clean working and tidied up each evening, fantastic attention to detail and a really high quality finish. We’re really happy with the result. This company is great to work with. When I originally decided to get the exterior of my house painted, I got 3 quotes. Two I very quickly discarded as I didn't get a professional vibe from them. But with Morgan, he took his time and walked me through the process, telling me how they'd do the job (strip the weatherboards back to wood) and WHY that step needed to be done. I had confidence in what he was telling me. Once his team were on site, they were professional and respectful and great to deal with. I wouldn't go to anyone else - I'm sure I've got an interior room that needs painting!

Painting might be considered a trade, however Morgan has turned it into a profession. Morgan is very knowledgeable, and everything is done efficiently and to a high standard: from help with colour selection, to quoting, through to the actual painting, Morgan and his team are great to deal with and do an excellent job. I recommend Morgan of Hauraki Property Services. He did plastering work for me at my property in Onehunga. His workmanship was fantastic and he expertly smoothed our the Builder’s muck up where two walls were joined but the one was 4.5mm out from the other. Thanks to Morgan, I am unable to see the building fault. The work that he did stopping the new ceiling was also brilliant.Morgan is amicable, professional and easy to communicate with.
