I came across this dental clinic after searching for the best orthodontist in town based on customer reviews 2 years ago. I’m so glad I booked an appointment and had my journey to have my dental braces here. Dr. Neil Tobin and his team are all excellent and knowledgeable on what they are doing. They are also very friendly, professional and non-judgemental in handling their clients. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

We are touring in NZ for 3 months and had a problem with the braces. A wire had come loose and it hurt a lot. We was more than happy to get an emergency treatment at the OC. My bottom wire had to be reglued as it came undone. Doing so caused 2 of my bottom teeth to buckle and I got in touch to ask if anything could be done but never heard back from them.

Dr. Tobin is very caring and thorough with his explanation of treatment. Very friendly and welcoming team. Beautiful clinic setting with very impressive, state-of-the-art 3D scanning and printing technology. Easily the best orthodontic clinic in town. Highly recommended!

When I say I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I mean it!Not only did I travel from Auckland specifically for my appointments, but I did so for Dr. Tobins unmatched expertise, care and absolute attention to detail.Not only have I had my braces done with Dr. Tobin, but so have all of my friends, and I couldn’t recommend him and his team any more highly. From Reception, to every single orthodontic auxiliary that has had to deal with my mouth throughout the years, The OC is the place to go- so do yourself a favour, no matter what age you are, your teeth are important and you only get one adult set, so don’t trust anyone but Dr. Tobin and the O.C- absolute gems!

I attended an appointment for my 12 yr old and the service was top tier, my child is autistic and can have a really hard time with 1. People touching their mouth and 2. People talking alot to them. Hannah especially was exceptional she immediately found something to connect with my child and made the whole xray process fun and easy. I am truly blown away by the level of care and professionalism. A+++
