Good price for developing but caution when you bring them Ektar100 - it’s sensitive to bad chemistry and needs a special care to develop and scan properly.

Product is absolutely fine but customer service was personally horrible. Whenever i asked basic questions about the product i would get a rude look and a snarky reply back. Bad attitude in general. Would only go back if customer service was improved.
