Wherever Bags

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, not even worth 1 star.I will give this review in 2 parts, first the product and second the customer service.1. Product - I bought a suitcase from here and three days later I used it to go on a short break. I did not overfill the suitcase and it wasn't thrown around during the trip but the handle snapped. So, to summarise, the suitcase was used ONCE and the handle broke.2. Customer Service - I went back to the man at Wherever Bags with the intent of explaining this situation to him and to discuss what could be done. The ensuing conversation I had was APPALLING - he told me immediately that it was my fault, that the product was of good quality, that I must have done something to it, that he hadn't had complaints in the past etc. He also COMPLETELY IGNORED ME whilst I was trying to talk to him, wandering off and shaking his head. He refused to issue any sort of refund or exchange and was completely disrespectful. To be honest I couldn't believe it.I would strongly advise not spending your hard earned money here as the products are not of good quality and any issues you have with them will not be dealt with in a way that is expected from a retail company.

Awesome shop has lots of stuff including bags, phone accessories, and sunglasses etc. It's located in atrium just above the warehouse. The owner is very nice and friendly to chat. The quality if my bag is good with decent price. Happy with my purchase.
