We are very happy with the service from Pet Naturals! We order online and all our raw dog food is delivered to our front door. We have a subscription, so it keeps everything super easy. The variety of the raw food is excellent and our two Golden Retrievers are thriving on their diet. They are also super helpful and informative with any of our questions. We highly recommend them!

They care about their customers and they have always made sure my orders are delivered promptly the orders arrive packed beautifully. I live in Auckland City but I prefer to use Pet Naturals for my puppy's food and treats. I have found that the staff always have time to answer my questions and give sound advice about nutrition. They won't sell you something that is not good for your pet. Online delivery service works really well.....otherwise great to head up for pick up order and take a walk along the beach and grab a bite to eat in one of Orewa's great cafes and bars.

Pets Natural store has been a blessing for my fussy eaters.On advice I started them on tripe and also Wallaby meat and they tuck in so fast!It's so easy to serve, just a few minutes in the microwave to defrost and into their dishes.Thank you to staff who are ready to suggest according to your information about your pets.Pat
